General conditions
All prices on this website are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes.
A deposit equal to half the value of the chosen package is required to confirm reservations for all our activities.
For dog sledding reservations only, your deposit may be transferable in case of bad weather conditions and, in such a case only, your deposit may be refunded at the end of the season if we are unable to accommodate you during the current season. For all our dog sledding reservations, deposits are transferable if you notify us at least two weeks in advance.
For all hunting or fishing reservations, six weeks' notice is required to transfer your deposit. If the reservation deposit is not used during the planned season, it may be carried over to a subsequent season without penalty.
If a government decree, such as a road closure, prevents you from attending your reservation, your deposit may be transferred to a later date without penalty, even if the notice period is shorter than that provided for in our deposit policy.
If you fail to show up for your reservation for an unjustified reason, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits can be made by check, Interac e-transfer, or by calling the outfitter.
